It has radish and orange in it. It is not just a dressing.

I guess you could put meat in it if you really wanted to, but it's supposed to

be a salad.

And it was very enjoyable, thanks again Don, it was perfect with Tempeh,

sprouts, and some left over cheese and onion scones. It made a nice change

and I will be making it again!
