Brown shriveled ends after sprouting

I sprouted a mixture of legumes and they sprouted beautifully. I soaked them in

a mixture of water, ACV, and H2O2 for 10 minutes to disinfect and set them to

dry. After that i stored them in a mason jar in the fridge. 24 hours later, the

ends of the sprouts are shriveled and brown.

Anyone have any idea what it could be? Could the ethylene gas being trapped by

the mason jar cause that in such a short period of time?
