Too warm to grow broccoli sprouts?

Hi, I am new at this. It's warm and humid in the Midwest. I use an Easy

Sprouter and this is my third batch of broccoli seeds. I did fine with the first

two batches but had to throw away this batch because it rotted overnight. It was

on it's 3rd day and had already sprouted. Is it the warm weather or was it too

much water? What is the maximum temp one can grow sprouts?

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
