Guest guest
Hi - http://www.afx-online.com/ It stands for Ankle - Foot - maXimize developed by a company named Progressive Health Innovations. It is an handheld exercise foot harness device that straps to your foot (ankle and toes) so that you can perform suggested strengthening exercises. It's sorta a balance board and the PT rubber elastic bands on steroids. It comes with 4 elastric bands based on how well you can handle the resistence. If you go to the AFX online website there is a picture of it and a very good video. It costs $139 but in my opinion is well worth it. I use it 3 times a week for about an hour. Half-hour for each foot. Clyde From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Sent: Sunday, August 22, 2010 10:07 PM Subject: Re: what is the AFX? Hi again, Clyde, Can you tell me what an AFX is?
