Guest guest
Good evening everyone I just wondering if this just happening to me?... The feeling I have AFTER exercises I really awful I find my legs like a jelly, shaking a lot ... in my case I have double joints also and many times I don't feel my feet so well ...goes kind of numb ;( Never know how much exercises is good enough for me??? The walking is weird ... just like a duck walking in a city Slowly I go but always taking a taxi after the gym because the fatigue is quite bad At the gym, I do the treadmill about (5 km slowly) and after a bit of the power plate and also the abduction for the hips but I really don't know if this is good or not for me? The personal trainer at my gym don't know much about CMT of course... it is hard to know? If I am doing the right amount of exercise or if I exceed? If I DO NOT go to the gym I feel bad in my mind thinking I have done anything ... BUT after all those exercises I am not sure if I have done good either ? Oh dear, sorry about this...I am wondering here! Well, have a great evening my friends Hugs Jo Ps: Yes, I have seeing the physiotherapist in the past and the exercises at the hospital did not make any difference ... they don't keep you too long at the hospital nowdays! The just gave me some exercises to do at home, stretching and some other on the floor! They just said ... I am the one who should know when is time to stop exercise .... hum
Guest guest
Hi Kim... I am looking everywhere here for this info? files? where is this article MDA? What stand for? Medical something? so sorry, i just don't know! Medical devices agency ??? http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/321397-overview I tried google and could not find out what you meant ;( I got myself lost at this article above...in fact sometimes this all make me scare hehe Thank you again -Jo > > Joana, > > I would not be doing what you are doing. Firstly, walking like a duck? Do you mean foot slap as a result of foot drop? Find a new exercise where foot slapping does occur. Swim? Bike? Next MDA had a article on strength training with a neuro muscular issue- take a look for that as a guide. > > Kim > > > > >
