Guest guest
More and More email keeps coming in (and I would like it that way as on list it can be something that stirs up problems with others..we have to be mindful of what others have gone through and don't want to 'live it again'), and I am thankful to those that have emailed or posted the exact information needed to uncover these horror rooms. Thank you to all that have voted for the ACT - it does cover ALL in special ed. I am asking you now to have anyone that believes in this that you know to vote on it.. I literally opened the front door today and put a sign up that said " Vote to stop Time out rooms' , 7 people have came by in the hour since I put that up.. they registered on my computer.. and voted. We need to make a strong statement, stronger then the one that keeps jumping back and forth in front or behind us as a final round qualifier.. again this is not a popularity contest.. this is a way to let our voices be heard on this issue.. CEMENT TIME OUT.. Unreal.. these people are asking for trouble .. hopefully the CNN article/strory will change the way people look at all of this, But in order to GET CHANGE.. we have to speak with every voice we can.. Thank you, E. , Sr. http://www.change.org/ideas/view/accept_and_sign_the_autism_reform_act_of_2009 Let's let our needs be known..and if you have something to add to the 'ACT' please do so, as this is how we got the subtitle ' Relief for those that are or have been in Special Education ' - so this ACT will help all the kids.
