This story just makes my day. It's a movement. Made me think of a song, one most of us know well. And so, modified, with apologies to Arlo Guthrie..... " And the only reason I'm singing you this song now is cause you may know somebody in a similar situation, or you may be in a similar situation, and if your in a situation like that there's only one thing you can do and that's walk into the shrink wherever you are, just walk in say " Shrink, you can have any sprout you want, at Melody's Sprouterant. " . And walk out. You know, if one person, just one person does it they may think he's really sick and they won't listen to him. And if two people, two people do it, in harmony, they may think they're both crazy and they won't listen to either of them. And three people do it, three, can you imagine, three people walking in singin a bar of Melody's Sprouterant and walking out. They may think it's an organization. And can you, can you imagine fifty people a day, I said fifty people a day walking in singin a bar of Melody's Sprouterant and walking out. And friends, they may thinks it's a movement. " Molly > This morning I brought 4 little ziplock bags to give to the Waitress, two other diners and myself. > > As we were all eating, I look at the waitress as she's enjoying her sprout and egg sandwich. She motions to me to look at the back of the restaurant and a man picks up a forkful of sprouts and salutes me.
Guest guest
Carolyn, I read somewhere that it recommended not going 100% coconut oil cause the other oils has good things we need too, so that it is best ti experiment with it and find what we like/dont like with the coconut oil and what we prefer with the others to help balance the oils out. As for lice I had some family get it a long time back, they found the cheapest way to keep the lice away was to do the shampoo and nit thing, then after that put baby oil in the hair till you get everything covered washed and etc and are sure you have cleaned everything you can. The oil suffocates the bugs and eggs. Then once you wash your hair well enough to get the oil out. once a week wash it with a dog shampoo that kills lice, its cheaper then the special shampoo. Mind you they had to do that because they lived in the poor side of town and the school was constantly having issues with it, thats why they washed there hair once a week with the dog shampoo to keep it at bay.  Want to understand the Bible better?  FREE  studies.  For more info Just ask! ________________________________ To: " sproutpeople " <sproutpeople > Sent: Thursday, June 7, 2012 10:07 PM Subject: Re: Re: A new Sprout Story  I am going to have to get coconut oil. Hope whole Foods has it. Going to have to make a trip there. I had read a long time ago that coconut shampoo would keep away lice or that they couldn't live where the coconut shampoo was. Had a granddaughter who had lice and didn't know where she got it. Might have been on the air flight. but family had a hard time getting rid of it. My daughter said she now knew why being called a louse was such a big insult. it was horrible. Have to wash things in hot water or put in hot dryer or cover in plastic and keep air out for a few weeks. Had to spray furniture, etc. as well as do the special shampoo on the head and kill the nits and redo the hsampoo a time or two. Awful stuff.  Wonder if coconut oil would keep mosquitos off me.  And osteoporosis is a good reason to use the oil. Anti-inflamation too. have to alternate coconut oil and olive oil maybe as both so good for us. I have grape seed oil too, but not sure which is better for us there. We've tried EVERYTHING known to man (including Coconut Oil). I have a Methyl B-12 page on FB because Methyl B-12 stopped my symptoms dead when I was diagnosed with Diabetic neuropathy 5 years ago. Helped me, did nothing for him because he is not diabetic. But I do thank you for thinking of Alan. Guest guest
My husban would notice. He hasn't tried any. they would go well with the low sodium turkey though. Can you add some tomato to it as well? I can imagine that chives would do wll with it too and radish would be good, too. I have a number of sprouts on the way and a burpee order came today so have to see what seeds are there and I think sme trays are in there. I didn't open it yet. I was trying to cean out the magazines and paers. Still have some. Can't believe how fast day went. But my sugar has been a bit high and I want to sleep when that shoots up. I need to stick to a diet. Carolyn Wilkerson  To: sproutpeople Sent: Thursday, June 7, 2012 10:59 PM Subject: Re: A new Sprout Story  I sneak them into his Low sodium turkey with deli mustard.
