Guest guest
Charcot joint is also called neuropathic arthopathy and it is also found in diabetics. It can located in a number of different joints in the extremities. My neurologosist at the MDA clinic did not give a diagnosis, but suggested it as a possibility. I have a long history of issues with this ankle including a tendon transfer, removal of floating cartilage, trauma, stiffness, edema, and increased temperature. There is alot of information about " Charcot joint " online if you do a search. Joann > >
