Hi Holli,

You have EDS too right?

I have EDS and have noticed amongst the people I've met on Twitter

with EDS that the bone aching feeling post exercise seems common.

I get it in my left leg mostly I think it is related to my IT band.

Stretching helps. As does muscle massage. And ibuprofen.

Also with time as my muscles get used to the exercise it fades.

Don't give up. Just be patient.
