I have EDS and have noticed amongst the people I've met on Twitter with EDS that the bone aching feeling post exercise seems common. I get it in my left leg mostly I think it is related to my IT band. Stretching helps. As does muscle massage. And ibuprofen. Also with time as my muscles get used to the exercise it fades.
