Guest guest
I take one called Q-Max, manufactured by Tyler. I buy it through my naturopath. It's incredibly expensive ($72 for a bottle of 60 capsules, 200 mg. per capsule, I take 1 capsule per day, but could probably benefit from doubling my dose or tripling it, but I can't afford to), but I've tried a bunch of other brands of CoQ10, and didn't feel any different on them at all. With the Q-Max, I feel a definite difference. My hands and feet stopped feeling cold, and my blood circulation seems to have improved. My thinking clarity also seemed to improve with the Q-Max. It hasn't alleviated any fatigue. But I still feel better taking it than not taking it. lindaj@... Co Q10 > Is anyone on a good Co Q10? Guest guest
Hello - I use the ProHealth brand sold at immunesupport.com. I've only noticed a big difference after I started taking 200mg/day though. I can also really tell a difference in my heart palpitations when I don't take it. Guest guest
Joann, how much COQ10 do you take? I've heard alot about it lately and was thinking of asking my liver doc about it... thanks, Beth AIH 10/00 Portage, MI [ ] CDC Health Information for Travelers to East Asia There is info here regarding hepatitis in China. And, yes.it is advisable to stay away from most herbs. For a healthy person mnay are safe but with liver disease it is different as everything we put in our mouth has to go thru the liver and extras are only stressing it...or even making it worse. ALWAYS check with your liver doc before taking anything new..be it meds or herbs.... I personally take Q10 and SAMe....but both with my liver docs approval. Guest guest
All she has to do is to get a prescription from her neurologist or doctor, she can present information on the virtues of the supplement, listmemebers can provide this better than I. It is also used empirically for the Ketogenic diet. I hope this helps. Good luck.
