I just found out about the group when I emailed Gratchen about vitamins and

supplement information.

I have CMT 1A which was diagnosed about 25 years ago.  I will be 70 years old in

July and have a mild case at present.  I use a leg brace when walking outside

for exercise each morning and use a cane for balance sometimes.  I can go longer

balance when walking on uneven or rough ground.  And for that reason quit

playing golf about 20 years ago.  I participate in water aerobic classes,

strength training, walking on the elliptical and walking for 1 mile outside each

morning.

I am interested in anything that will help me maintain my present level of

mobility such as exercise and vitamins and supplements.
