Guest guest
Crystal, Since I don't have pain, no need for narcotics outside of post op briefly. I have learned that less is more over the entire course of my life. Quit Thyroid, quit Ritalin, quit Valium, quit Neurontin - all prescribed at one point by neurologists that I believe were trying their best. Any " pain " I get is only a sense of my feet burning. For that, I walk on the cold tiles, put the hose on my feet, use ice packs or something else cold. Instant relief. I tried Biofreeze, but found if I can manage the burning, then no need for it. The only medication I take is Symmetrel and that is for tremors. And I take a very small amount of that. Maybe I don''t have pain because I have taken Vitamin E so long? Who knows? It has so many other benefits too. I do have Naproxen and Robaxin on hand however, if needed which is rare. Gretchen
