Guest guest
Each continuum the client is asked to rate in the subjective eval is related to a specific brain area. The macro that calculates when you click Complete, averages the ratings for all of the issues related to each area and places those in the appropriate places on the head and in the list of standard and optional sites. The two lists are then sorted highest to lowest. The higher the rating, the more problematic the issues in that particular area are seen by the rater. Thus, the highest rated issues could suggest areas of special brain dysfunction. For example, if the frontal midline is high, that could indicate a problem with obsessive, compulsive, phobic or addictive behavior. It would be a place to look in the assessment. But it doesn't mean there IS a problem there. High frontal fastwave coherence could also be linked with those problems The 20 highest-rated items can be helpful in guiding the trainer and client to a written set of objectives for the training as well.Often the greatest benefit of the subjective eval is to help the trainer identify the roles played by people in the support system. If mom rates everything a 7 and dad rates everything a 2, then we know a topic we need to raise with them before training even starts.
