Hi there.

I found a Flax video that I had made. Here you go

Simple as pie. You DON'T soak overnight. You just get any medium that you use.

Wet the medium. Sprinkle the Flax seeds on top of the medium. Wet the seeds.

Place in a corner and WAIT. You'll wait a long time. It takes over a week to

even see anything. But who cares. They do sprout eventually. Just water a bit

every day and ENJOY!!!
