Guest guest
, This same thing has been happening to me with my feet. After 1 hour in the car, when I get out to go to an appointment I have a hard time walking on my feet. It goes away after walking around for a while. I sleep with a heating pad on my feet and ankles, because otherwise they wake me up with cramping. My heating pad automatically turns off after 1 1/2 hours, so then I wake up and turn it back on during the night as I can start to feel pain and cramping in my feet. This is a new symptom for me as well, just started this summer. Bonnie
Guest guest
I started wearing a compression stocking on my worst leg and the relief was immediate. I never thought my foot was that swolen. The socks are really ard to put on though. O
Guest guest
I have had the same experiences in my entire life. When I was a child, and my family would go somewhere like to the beach where the car ride was longer than one hour, my legs would stiffen up. I would get out of the car and I could barely walk. When I got older I would stretch before, and I always tried to wear warm clothes. When I was in my early twenties my boyfriend had a cassette tape of kid's games that you could play in the car. He would pop that in when I would get in the car. Now, When my husband and I go the movies, (one of the worst places for my legs,) we stay seated until the end of the credits. (He is a music lover and the credits for the songs are at the end of the movie.) The crowds have left, and there is no jostling or bumping anyone. Church is the worst for me, but I have learned if I put a thin pillow under my thighs near my knees, there is less stiffness. Nina > > , > > This same thing has been happening to me with my feet.
