Another Question on Microgreens

Since some sources say microgreens don't last long in fridge (I don't have enuf

experience yet to know), and I have room in mine to put a complete tray of the

small size I'm using, would the batch store longer that way? Right now I'm a

little overstocked on sprouts and micros and I don't want them to go bad.

I don't have any experience with doing that, but it seems reasonable. You could

also juice them.
