Guest guest
My experience is that this stuff is legally complex, and when one is in the thick of the storm, it isn't always easy to become a legal expert on one's own. I highly recommend getting legal counsel who has dealt with these issues and knows the law and can assist you and provide you with some support and peace of mind. It's a lot easier to go through these things with someone who is familiar with all the ins and outs, and who won't be feeling it all as emotionally as the person actually going through it. thadd1@... wrote: is correct. I had a situation some ten years ago..I didn't tell them I had AIDS and was fired. I still sued under ADA and discrimination and won....it was touch and go for me at first. It was good that I had an outstanding review several months prior. Thad Yahoo! Photos Ring in the New Year with Photo Calendars. Add photos, events, holidays, whatever.
