I agree. I've taken Cipro several times in my life (before I knew I had CMT) and

had no problems at all.  Serious side effects (including neuropathy) are rare. 

With any medication, if side effects are experienced, contact your doctor

immediately.

Just wanted to remind everyone that all antibiotics aren't bad. One kind has

proven to help with muscles in mice - and may possibly be a treatment for CMT

2E.
