I checked out this link and found it quite informative. However, I'm

wondering about the credentials of the person who put the website together.

When I went to the home page, the author just introduced himself by his

name- no indication whether he is a doctor, pharmacist, registered

dietitian, etc. As a registered dietitian, I get skeptical when someone

starts blaming the government and pharmacuetical companies of conspiracy to

keep people sick and dying so they can make money. He refers to lots of

research that has been done stating that higher Vitamin D levels reduce

specific illnesses but does not cite his references for those research

studies.

Barb,

Perhaps, you'd be interested in looking into drmercolas website and the vitamin

d council. They go on scientific research and their own successes. They pretty

much agree with this person. Plus, anyone who's had their vitamin d levels

checked and found out they're real low knows they know what they're saying. or

at least, they should.

Barb,

I agree! As a Registered Nurse I'm always skeptical when someone quotes

anecdotal evidence and conspiracy theories rather than Scientific Studies to

support their claims.
