Hi ,

First use a quart size, wide mouth mason jar. If you don't have any, try a

Thrift store. Check for cracks or chips. Your seeds will expand too much for the

smaller jar.

Second, start small and learn what your needs are. Start with two level

tablespoons of the smaller seeds, and three of the larger seeds.

Third, keep asking questions.

I'm sprouting with mason jars..2 cup size..how many tb of seed do I

need...use the smaller for the most part..thanks B
