Cooking destroys the enzyme that makes the sulforaphene available to the body). but combining with mustard or another raw cruciferous veggie like wasabi or arugula helps you aboorb it. coffee and sugar - may make you more productive. Areas of brain associated with attention works more efficiently than when sipping solo. If no coffee, try green tea with a drizzle of honey. Adzuki beans and raspberries - as used in Japanese desserts with raspberries bump up antioxidant levels by 45 % . Top a spinach salad with adzukis, for dessert, dig into fresh raspberries. Tumeric and fish - keep cancer cells from multiplying. Combining the two may slow tumor growth and spread of a type of breast cancer cells more than when used separately. It is the cucumin in tumeric. Rub salmon or trout with tumeric or curry (another spice containing tumeric) ===== Saw on other side of the paper about slimmed down sips and chips. For Margarita instead of rimming glass with sugar, combine 1 TB each lime zest and kosher salt on a small plate. Rub the rims of 4 glasses with lime wedge and dip in lime salt. For the mix. Combine 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, 1 c. seltzer, 6 oz tequila and 3 oz triple Sec in pitcher. Fill glasses with ice and top with the mix. I have no idea what the usual mix is for Margarita but this is to take off some calories 2/3 c is 181 calories. Carolyn Wilkerson P.S. When I followed 's last web site on youtube I found some great inside gardening in contianers and with a light and they were really nice.
