Guest guest
Hello, I highly recommend using toes to grab the floor. USC physical therapy program ranks 1st in the US. The director of the PhD program, an associate professor, especially designed this exercise for me at the end of 2007. When I first tried this exercise, my toes can't move, not to mention grabbing the floors. After doing this exercise for two years, whenever I feel I want to do this exercise, e.g, sitting, walking, and so on---- Now, I see the difference. I get a lot of strength to stand and walk stable. This exercise can help train the calf muscle in both legs. I believe I will be able to stop wearing plastic AFO sooner or later. please take care Caroline
