If you are buying your sprouting seeds from a reputable source I seriously

doubt they would sell anything with solanacea that is toxic. Don't buy them

from a garden store, buy them from a place like Handy Pantry or sproutpeople

or from whole foods or something like that. People have been eating

sprouts for a very long time. I've eaten them for well over 30 years. And

that's just my lifetime.

Hi Bill:

I've made a video to show people how I grow microgreens and sprouts in my living

room using two book cases. I grow sunflower greens, pea shoots, chia greens,

flax greens as well as my sprouts which are broccoli, radish, fenugreek and

alfalfa, clover and other easy to grow sprouts.

Take a look at my system.

I got all my info from the very helpful people on this forum.

I learned a lot. Been doing this for years now. And if I knew how good sunflower

greens would be I should have listed to EW and started growing them two years

ago.

But better late than never.

And I now buy my sprouting seeds EXCLUSIVELY from Sproutpeople.com

little lettuce plants and assorted brassicas. Talk about some flavors, was

worried something was going awry, but now I understand flavor and nutrients to

be greatly concentrated.
