Guest guest
Greetings, I have about three weeks experience with sprouting. Only for my chickens though. Still a bit chicken about trying them myself. Anyway, I think microgreens would probably be a better fit for me. I just picked up some raw sunflowers in the shell today and will try them. Have been timidly sampling my little lettuce plants and assorted brassicas. Talk about some flavors, was worried something was going awry, but now I understand flavor and nutrients to be greatly concentrated. I'm wondering if you all could give me a top ten list of favored micrgreens and any to definatly stay away from. I suspect there are some things best not eaten, thinking of the solanacea right now, but I wonder if there are others potentially hazardous?...
