Guest guest
I would go with wwww.handypantry.com 3 garden salad mix or if you want a one seed go with broccoli.. THEY ARE YUMMO! As EW says .. do what you want with your salad.. I add these things to our LARGE salad bowl (so hubby doesn't know he is getting more sprouts) but mine starts with a base of them. People say alfalfa is one of the first to start but after doing 3 garden and plain broccoli sprouts I think once I use up the alfalfa I have.. won't be buying more Have you tried making your own ranch dressing? There are a ton of online recipes for it. I almost always have fat-free buttermilk (or low-fat) around so there is the base.
