I was showing them to my landlord and I said 'I'm going to taste one right now and I also gave one to her " . we both said 'OMG, how sweet " . My immediate thought was " This would be a great alternative to sugar in coffee. It tastes like sugar. At least to me. So I'm wondering. What if I take some sprouts, crush them in my food processor and add them to my coffee? Anyone thing this would be a possible sugar substitute?
