Guest guest Posted January 17, 2011 Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 It's been strongly suggested I use a multivitamin, but they almost all have at least 400 mg (if not more) of vitamin D. I understand that we shouldn't be taking vitamin D ... at any levels? I found one brand that has only 300 mg of vitamin D and would appreciate some feedback. Thanks so much!
