For me fenugreek is healthy because I'm diabetic and fenugreek help stabilize my blood sugar. But in reality, all sprouts are good for you in so many ways. > > > ew > > > > > > > > > Sprout Variety/nutrients > > > > > > As I am really getting into sprouting I've been doing alot of thinking,(If you been smelling smoke lately its my brain not the wild fired as to its not used to thinking this hard), is there a reason why there isnt more variety in sprouts, I mean being as they are supposed to be so healthy for ya and have 1-10 x the amount of nutrients then the full grown veggie. Ive been looking at organic seeds for Veggies and wondering is there a reason why people dont sprout them. Ew explained why about the tomatoes/nightshade family and as well as the squashes and melons. However if I was thinking with the squashes and melons if you make them into patties like Melony does with her sunnies and corn would that make them edible? curious as to your alls trials and errors with sprouting other seeds. Also I know that Broccoli seed is very healthy, but what are the healthiest sprouts for you? > > > Thanks > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
