Guest guest
Hi all, boy it keeps getting harder and harder as years go on. Stairs are brutal and I wish now I had bought a ranch. This 2 story is just too much some times. I know as a kid most of my injuries were on stairs. A few weeks before Christmas I had a miss step and only used 1/2 my foot on a step. I heard a crunch, it hurt a bit but not to bad. Did not think to much of it and then the front part of foot was swollen and my ankle. My ankle is usually swollen a bit and after a long day, its a real mess. Anyways this continued pretty much up until yesterday. I finally saw my ankle again and my fore foot did not look swollen. It seems to take longer and longer to recover from accidents and its usually the ankle. The crazy part was I did not even feel the pain until it was gone. Strange, something's hurt more then others. The things I think would hurt a lot don't and the strangest things hurt like <blank>. Like when I finally put my feet up at night on the lazy boy, or going to bed, I get the sharp shooting pains going though my feet. They hurt worse then <blank> for about 3-5 seconds, I usually groan or " yelp " in pain and I get the looks from the family. They now know what it is :-). I try not to but they always surprise me and can't help myself sometimes. Have a great weekend all, Matt (Hamilton, Canada)
