Guest guest
My father-in-law is now 84. In his late 70's he was still able to pull several reps of a full stack of 300 lbs. on a cable pull down using close grip handle. He has had a few instances where his phenomenal strength and tough guy attitude have been " applied " where he was harassed or had people try to take advantage of him because of his age. You'd never think a fit 40 something year old man would push a short, white haired man with a cane, would you.
