Guest guest
Does anyone have any experience with either physical therapy using electrical stimulation to exercise the muscle or the device they have come up with that assists people with foot drop by energizing the nerve to cause the foot to lift up. You wear this battery operated device just below the knee. I was wondering if the e-stim therapy or devices could " burn out " the nerves even faster, thus be a NEGATIVE for CMT people. Any input/experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
