Guest guest
I love my treadmill. I have big improvement in walking and balance if I use it regularly. At one point I was walking 20 mins up hill. I quit for a long time. I gained weight and now I am back to my treadmill. This week I am working up to 5 mins. In a message dated 2/22/2011 12:23:40 P.M. My doctors have told me NO weight bearing exercising. I personally have tried the treadmill and my feet and knees cannot tolerate it. Guest guest
I was really afraid to try walking on a treadmill at first but I can do it. I start off really slow and work my way up to the second slowest speed. I hold on the handles and don't go for very long but I do really like it. Only takes 2 mins to get my heart rate up. lol In a message dated 2/22/2011 12:23:40 P.M.
