Thanks for your post (and links) and others' feedback on my question. I got the

vitamin D warning information from this site-

http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1173484-overview, down at the bottom,

under miscellaneous, special concerns. I'm delighted to know this shouldn't be

an issue for me.
