Hi Joan,

Try some Spenco Insoles.http:// http://spenco.com/ purchase at your local

pharmacy like CVS or a foot/shoe store. They can be cut and layered for

cushioning. Orthotics for under the feet can be made to give cushioning and

support in all the places right for you. I have these. Initial cost was $300,

minimal cost of yearly check to make sure any adjustments are made if needed.

I've had a great deal of success with the foam orthotics molded into my

[Helios] AFOs.
