Guest guest
Hi Marika, Yes, my head (brain) has a hard time shutting down for sleep. I'm just always thinking...so I have had to develop an 'evening wind-down' to tell my brain to take the next 8 hours off. This includes some meditation (outside looking at the stars) playing and cuddling with my dog, one hour of comedy television, then one hour of reading some fiction. My body is usually relaxed from the day, but when I was younger I had problems with spascity and muscle cramping before sleep came. A muscle relaxant helped with that, so did Potassium supplementation prescribed by my doctors. I am wondering if your " vibrations " are in fact muscle fasculations or tremors. Have you talked about this with your doctor? Perhaps a muscle relaxant may help you get to sleep. And yes, my brain often wakes me up early with a creative idea, but that is just who I am. I write the idea down and then I can go back to sleep. Gretchen
