Guest guest
The reason I eat quinoa and chi seed is because they are gmo free.? For me, gmo,s and msg's cause HBP. Most bread from any store has gmo's in it, as well as high fructose corn syrup. HFCS blocks nutients. Gluten is a gmo. You can get the proof by going to drmercola.com and type in gmo's in the search box. Gmo's, HFCS, they are very harmful to anyone, let alone a person with any kind of nerve disorder. That is what I believe. Plus, if you buy it organic, it has to pass all the standards. So when the label says 5 grams of fiber per 1 tbsp., you can pretty much believe it has 5 grams of fiber per tbsp. Fiber is good for your colon and your heart health. I also use coconut oil and coconut flour. Coconut oil reduces the need for vitamin E. The more coconut oil you use, the less vitamin E you need. Plus, coconut oil is the only oil that won't go rancid, even at high temps.
