Guest guest
Hi Barb, Your daughter should be getting better everyday. I have taken antidepressants before and I felt better with each day. Listen to your gut on this something is wrong. I am not sure how old your daughter is but they have warnings all over now about teenagers not being old enough to take Cymbalta. Guest guest
Hi Barb, No a bad reaction only got worse. My sister was taking Depakote and the doctors kept saying give it more time even though my sister was having obvious psychiatric breakdown symptoms. Finally she ended up in a lock down hospital where they took her off the Depakote and her schizophrenia disappeared as quickly as it came on with the Depakote. She was able to leave the mandatory 28 day stay after a week because she was fine off the drug.
Guest guest
, Thanks for the reassurance. I pulled her off of cymbalta and they discharged her. I'm on watch with her until she starts a day program on thursday. They have a Much Better psychiatrist there. Hopefully We can find something that works.
