Guest guest
My son is starting to get calluses on one of his feet. What would you suggest he put on them. His feet are super sensitive. Lori, NJ Son age 12 CMT2
Guest guest
Lori, Maybe some Spenco insoles for cushioning. They can be cut easily to slip in his shoes. You can find them at any sports store or perhaps your local Walmart/Walgreens/CVS/ etc. Then on the other hand, since he's already developing callouses, you may want to talk with an orthotist about making custom inserts, to off load the pressure being put on his feet. For keeping calluses smooth I use fragrance free Neutrogena hand creme, but they make a Foot cream too. Gretchen
Guest guest
I use Amlactin, and over the counter lotion that softens the callus. When I shower, I use a gentle pumice stone and it does a good job of keeping the callus down. O 55 CMT
