Mark,

We met Dr. Finkel when my daughter had her nerve conduction test. I did really

like him and we didn't have any problem with the initial eval at Chop

neuromuscular program but when we tried to schedule a followup or had questions

(we saw Dr Yum for the full eval) our phone calls went unanswered and after 2

months of trying we finally got an appt which they canceled the night before.

How can I put my trust and my daughter's health in the hands of Doctors and a

program that doesn't return calls? I called s Hopkins today...got right

through to a person and they actually called me back when they said they would.

That small action tells me that they care about their patients.
