We are glad to inform you that we are conducting OHSAS Lead Auditor

Conversion Course from 28 - 30, January 2008.

Its a 3 day course & the fees will be Rs.12,000/- per person.(

Rupees

Twelve Thousand Only) and is payable in advance by Cheque / Demand Draft

drawn in favor of Bureau Veritas Certification (India) Pvt. Ltd.,

The DD/Cheque may be sent to our Chennai office address mentioned below.

The nominations will be accepted on first come first serve basis..

This programme will be held at Daffodil

Hall, GRT Convention Centre,

T.Nagar, Chennai - 17.

Participants are requested to report to the hall at 8.45 a.m.

Please find attached the copy of the course booking form. Kindly

fill the

form and the same can be forwarded to Chennai office.
