Iam In process of introducing behavioural safety techniques in our Heavy engineering Fabrication shop in qatar and planning to give a presentation to all our safety representatives this thursday. Could the forum guide me with some inputs and related material like PPT.. which i will add to make the intiative successful? We have already have safety incentive schemes in place in the compnay but still like to have a behavioural approach in our " HSE at work place " system.
