CO2 Bank storage for Flooding system

Folks,

Where should we locate CO2 cylinder bank (manifold system) used for CO2 flooding?

Inside the building or outside the building under the sheded area?

Can anyone forward me the Indian regulation pertaining to CO2 flooding system and storage of CO2 cylinders.

NFPA 12 refers about CO2 flooding however ambigous on storage of CO2 cylinders.

Need your guidance!!
