Dear Sir,

We are glad to inform you that we are conducting ISO 9001:2000 ( Quality

Management System ) Lead Auditor Course from 19

- 23, February 2008.

Its a 5 days course & the fees will be Rs.

20,500/- per person.( Rupees Twenty Thousand and Five

Hundred Only) and is payable in advance by Cheque / Demand Draft drawn

in favor of Bureau Veritas Certification (India) Pvt. Ltd.

The DD/Cheque may be sent to our Chennai office address mentioned below.

The nominations will be accepted on first come first serve basis..

This programme will be held in GRT Convention centre, 120, Sir Thyagaraya

Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17. ( 19th Feb 2008 in Emeraldo Room & 20th

to 23rd Feb 2008 in Daffodil Room ).

Participants are requested to report to the hall at 8.45 A.M

Please find attached the copy of the course booking form. Kindly fill the
