Validation of vacuum chamber of heat treatment furnace.

Dear All

We are in the process of fabricating a vacuum furnace

chamber and lid for heat treatment. The furnace

operating criteria are as follows:

1. Vacuum level - 2X10-2 mbar max

2. Working temperature -1250 degree C max

3. Heating zone - Graphite

4. Insulation zone - low density graphite (CBCF-carbon

bonded carbon fibre)

5.Quenching media - Nitrogen (99.999%)

6. quenching pressure - 3.35 bar at 1200 degree C with

facility for heat exchange and forced circulation.

kindly suggest an expert who can validate the design

parameters.
