Guest guest
I've been taking B-complex for years. I don't really know if it helps, but I figure it can't hurt.

For a small child with a physically healthy mother this is not a very big risk, for a large strong child or a frail mother this can be life threatening. Much depends on context here. >I am considering not following the Dan bio-medical route anymore. Don't follow any fads, do what makes sense for your kid. There is no consensus because 100% of MD " s are trained to not be technical people, so they are unable to figure out what to do and the most arrogant ones WANT to be discoverers of great cures so they all proclaim their therapy " IT! " If MD's had a clue, this never would have happened in the first place. It isn't the fault of the people in the system - the individual MD's - they are as much victims as anybody. But you still have to figure out what to do in a situation where listening to " experts " doesn't work, so you have to think it through yourself. Andy . . . . . . . . . . . Guest guest
We have recently consulted the only DAN doctor in the state (New Mexico) because I have been fascinated by Dr. Neubrander's website and claims and want to do methly B12 injections with our son. The local doc is excited about sublingual hydroxy B12 drops. He says he met another DAN doc recently who raves about his results. We are to start next week (if the drops arrive from the compounder). I will post results. I certainly welcome all other input! in Santa Fe > > Is anyone doing this? Seeing results? Guest guest
Dear Shaye, My doctor has not suggested having the shots at home but my sister has a prescription and uses B-12 at home. Guess my doctor likes the charge of an office call.!!! ?? It is getting harder for me to get out but my therapist tells me to keep going and try to do everything that I use to. " If you do not use it...you loose it " he says and I have lost a lot I wear AFOs inside and add a walker to go shopping and have an Amigo that I use to go out in the yard. I am glad the B-12 helps you. Jeanann [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
Guest guest
Marika, I was 45 years old before I felt the need to see a neurologist who gave me the needle testing and sent me to have bracing. I live in Michigan so Dr. Shy was close and he repeated the testing and came up that I had CMT2. My first pair of AFOs felt so good I could not believe how much better I walk and they help with the balance. Of course my legs have lost a lot of muscle because of them....but I could walk.!! Guess I have had CMT for about 40 years. Jeanann > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] >
