Guest guest
Dear All, I wish to bring to your kind notice regarding the mail being circulated with title “Very important in case of emergency” for the following reasons: First, I doubt the authenticity of this mail. Second, the information given the attachment that in Severe Heart Attack, one should start coughing vigorously is totally absurd. It will rather worsen the condition of the patient; because coughing too vigorously will increase the oxygen demand of the heart, which in turn will further constrict the coronary arteries involved. The blood supply to the myocardium will decrease. The condition will aggravate. The best one can do in this condition is to stay calm & at rest. Call the nearest hospital immediately. This mail seems to be only a hoax mail & should not be forwarded to prevent misinformation.
