Guest guest
Good afternoon everybody:-) I'm sitting here looking out of window. Sunny afternoon, have just been sitting in the garden........what a lovely feeling finally to have the sun, to feel the sun. It has been to cold this winter. Been very sich last week, as you know from a bladder infection. Also been to much stressed because of infection in my bladder since December. I have been told, that I'm from now on, have to take it easy and may not stress. It is difficult I think when I am alone with two children at 6, and they are only at their fathers place 2 days in a period of 14 days. (He got at brain damage in 04, where he was working. But I do have helpers in the house every day. THIS IS MY FIRST DAY WITH MY NEW LIFESTYLE. I would like to live a long life with CMT and there is a need for both my CMT and me to be in my body. 1. I have to rest twice a day. Not relaxing, but listning to relawing music and closing my eyes. I have to fall a sleep. 2. Only one appointment a day. 3. I go to a physiotherapist twice a week, I have to do some work out when I am at the physiotherapist. I work out on the crosstrainer, and others machine and do some exercises in the floor. I can't have any others appointments these days. 4. I have to eat properly. Helthy, fruit vegetables (The children and me eat healthy.). Two oranges in the moring (to drink it), vitamin pills. 5. Doing the " office things " once a day from now on. And only max. t hours each day. 6. Need to do my exercises at home also. 7. Go to bed early. At least two ours before midnight:-). I have learned quite a lot from everybody in here, reading all the touching, wise and good messages. Crabtree: Your CMTnews webpage, have been making me " wiser " . I have learned so much. When I was diagnosed in 08, I found your page. I have been telling all the doctors I have been to, about your page. On your webside, doctors could learn a lot. I have been reading your blog at worldexpress.com. Even though CMT really have moved in to your body, your such a human being, who keeps on loving life, and you always seem to find a way coping CMT. I would be happy if I had your soul:-).. , your right about stress - Why didn't I read it so well when wrote at CMTnews.com. Thank you so much all of you for writing back to me. I get pretty lonely here in Denmark with my CMT. It feels like, that people from Denmark, mind their own business........and it seems likeonly few needs to discuss their CMT problems with other people (I don't know why. Wish you all some nice rest, and hope you too can look at sun and enjoying it.........with thought of we are not alone.....when its a dark period with pain, spasms, breathing problems etc......we are many who know how it feels. Marika, subtype to CMT 1B, Denmark (whom is looking at the sun and smiling today:-)
