question on pain... is it RA?

My mother has been dealing with RA for the past 7 years and I'm not quite sure

what the early symptoms are. On certain nights, I wake up with intense pain in

both hands but not just the joint area but it radiates from the tips of my

fingers to my elbow. The way I can describe it, although it's not medical, is

almost like poor circulation and the blood can't flow. And my arms are super

cold and the only way to fix it is with ibprofen or a really really hot shower.

Is this a sign of RA?

I'm sorry that I'm asking you guys but my mom isn't comfortable talking about

the posisbility that I may have RA in the future.

Hi there,

I have RA and also I have carpal tunnel syndrome. To me it sounds more

like carpal tunnel syndrome than RA but I reccommend you get it checked

by a doctor.
