Yes, Tess, I think they can. It should just last a few days, though.

You don't have any leftover diabetes meds you could take? If not, eat

as few carbs as possible and ride it out. Exercise would help, but

you're too sick to do that. Hope your BGs soon return to normal, as

well as everything else you're struggling with.
