Hi Peg:

Perhaps you could switch from oral MTX to the

injectible? It would be less hard on your stomach.

Also don't forget your Folic Acid.

Hi Kathe,

Thanks for your input. I am wondering if I am not getting enough folic acid.

That did not really cross my mind until you mentioned it. I am taking 800mcg a

day. Maybe I need a little more. I will check in to that. Thanks again for the

Right now, I'm taking 1cc of MTX per week and 3 mg Folic Acid per day. I was as

high as 5 mg of Folic for a while after reading about one of my problems being

caused by not enough Folic Acid.

Dennis,

Thanks for the info. I am thinking that I may not be getting enough folic

acid. I have a long list of questions for the dr. when I get back there next

month. Each day I feel like I add another ? It is really great to have this

support group to bounce issues off and to get feedback. Hope all is well with

you. Peg
